La Locanda - Our partners & suppliers
“Committed to serving authentic Italian dishes of an excellent quality”
Driven by a desire for quality, Chef Maurizio is enormously supportive of Lancashire grown and locally-reared produce, sourcing over 80% of his ingredients locally.
This dedication to authentic Italian cuisine and sourcing the best quality produce sets La Locanda apart from many other restaurants.
Let us introduce you to a selection of La Locanda’s hard working producers and suppliers:

The delicious fish and seafood dishes featured on La Locanda’s menu are dependent on the supply of the finest quality and freshest fish and seafood around, and AO Seafoods have been a reliable supplier to the restaurant for almost 20 years.
